FUNDACIÓN FLAMENCO ON FIRE

The Flamenco on Fire Foundation was created on February 13, 2014. It is a private, non-profit institution, with registered office in the city of Pamplona (Navarra) and whose objectives are the dissemination and promotion of flamenco; its research, recovery and conservation; the teaching and dissemination of singing, dancing and guitar playing, as well as any other artistic expression of this art; and the recovery and dissemination of the name and work of Agustín Castellón Campos “Sabicas”.

Since its inception, the Foundation has promoted the Flamenco On Fire Festival and since 2019 the so-called F On Fire musical cycle. In addition to these events, its two essential axes of action are Tandal and Eterno Sabicas. The first relates to activities to record and preserve the Foundation's sound and audiovisual archive, for educational and research purposes. The second refers to activities to disseminate the name and work of Agustín Castellón Campos “Sabicas”.

Its activity has been mainly concentrated in Navarra, but it also carries out outreach activities outside that community.
