José Maya

José Maya, the elegant and multifaceted dancer from Madrid, will present his show “Colour Without Name” at the Gaztambide Theater in Tudela. This show is an immersion into the universe of the master painter Mark Rothko. José proposes an audiovisual journey through part of this painter's work, in which singing and stringed instruments are integrated into the painting through the common thread of the show: dance. This proposal introduces us to a more mature José Maya who opens his soul to reveal the full essence of his dance, accompanied by the brass of El Falo and Delia Membrive (Singing) and the extraordinary sensitivities of Rycardo Moreno (Guitar) and Barnabas Hangonyi (Cello).
